Servicing, roads, drainage and subdivision approvals across the first release area.
Stage 2
First homes
Initial titles settle and construction begins on the earliest lots.
Stage 3
Town centre and open space
Local convenience retail, parks and path connections come online as population builds.
Stage 4
Maturing community
Later stages complete, streetscapes establish and the precinct settles into Greenvale.
